We are very excited to announce that next Wednesday Dale Adcock will be in conversation with the arts writer James Cahill at 7pm. They will be taking a walk through Adcock’s exhibition and discussing some of the complexities of his practice as well as the wider context of contemporary painting. On the occasion of the Milan PhotoFestival 2013, Pierpaolo Mittica’s new exhibition Fukushima ‘No-Go Zone’ opens at Glenda Cinquegrana: The Studio. The exhibition presents 12 images from his recent photo project on the chemical ruin of Fukushima.
Opening Reception: Tuesday 26th March 2013, 19:00
Exhibition continues from: Wednesday 27th March to Tuesday 30th April, 2013.
Open from Tuesday to Saturday from 15.00 to 19.00.

Carmine Galasso’s portraits of clergy abuse, from his Trolley Book ‘Crosses’, have been included in a new group show ‘The Other America’ curated by Ellen Denuto. The exhibition opening reception will take place on the 24th March 1-4pm at the Arts Guild New Jersey. The exhibition then runs until the 18th April.
The Daily Beast has featured images and the stories behind Carmine Galasso’s portraits of clergy abuse. With portraits taken over a period of two to three years, here are also the accounts of children, now as adults themselves and in their own words, of a childhood blighted by the violation and horror of sexual abuse at the hands of a member of the Catholic clergy. Juliana Cerqueira Leite has collaborated with Myla Dalbesio, Grace Villamil and curator Amanda Schmitt under the name AloneTogether to produce an audio-visual installation at the Spring/Break art show in New York. Over in Berlin she also has an upcoming group show at DUVE curated by Nadim Samman, ‘The Age of Aquarius’. The exhibition examines artists’ wrestling with hope and doubt, questioning the effectiveness of new age symbolism in the 21st century.The exhibition runs from March 9 – May 4, 2013.
